1. Acceptance
By accessing FreshStep Studio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Educational purpose
Catalog descriptions and lessons are educational resources about gift wrapping and decorating. Results depend on materials, practice, context, and individual choices. The content is not a guarantee of commercial results or a substitute for professional advice.
3. Catalog and local cart
Prices, descriptions, durations, and availability shown in the catalog are informational unless a separate written purchase confirmation says otherwise. The cart and Fallows features use local browser storage and do not by themselves create a paid order.
4. Responsible use
Use scissors, wire, adhesives, and other materials carefully and in accordance with their labels. Adults should supervise children during family activities. You are responsible for selecting materials suitable for your setting and recipients.
5. Intellectual property
FreshStep Studio names, written copy, lesson structures, interface design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use learning for personal or internal creative practice, but may not copy, resell, publish, or represent our materials as your own without written permission.
6. Communications
When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have a lawful reason to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, malicious, or confidential third-party content.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or remove features and content to maintain or improve the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every browser feature will work when storage is disabled.
8. Liability and governing communication
To the extent permitted by law, FreshStep Studio is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the informational website or browser-only cart. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact page.
